Are there any modifications I can make for poses such as Downward Dog to aliviate the wrists?

I have attached 2 yoga videos that have less wrist dependent poses that you might like to check out. The last video I linked has great therapeutics practices that can help you strengthen your wrists and also protect them. I have also found an article that has a couple of modifications for major yoga poses that might be interesting to check out: https://www.doyouyoga.com/10-easy-modifications-you-can-make-to-your-yoga-practice/
