I am not a yoga expert, but I found this really helpful article of yoga poses that help strengthen the thyroid, here it is: https://www.healthline.com/health/yoga-for-thyroid#yoga-poses I think that most yoga practices have some of these poses spread throughout the class, but the first two videos I linked focus on a few of the poses referenced in that article. Yoga to help strengthen the uterus are typically practices that help strengthen the abdominal muscles, so the third video I have linked is a nice light core yoga practice that you might be interested in.
