1. Set aside time

If your vacation is packed it's important to plan ahead and make time to exercise. If you always do yoga after lunch but your plans have you booked all afternoon, how about doing yoga in the morning or in the evening? Before you leave for your vacation, look at your calendar and decide when you will dedicate time for your workout.

2. Do short but effective classes

You don't need to do yoga for hours to strengthen and open your body. If done correctly, all you need is 20 minutes to feel more in tune to your body and mind. Not only that, the shorter your yoga routine, the more difficult it is to find excuses to not do it! Each of these classes is tailored to different times so you can fit it in your schedule - no matter what.

3. Get your friends and family to join you

Vacations are often a time to nurture and develop your relationships with friends and family, so breaking away from everyone to do yoga can seem like a drag. Instead of practicing alone, how about making it a group activity? It can be a great way to get your loved ones into yoga!
