It was recommended by my endocrinologist that I consider a Keto diet or at least a Mediterranean diet. Any guidance available for those?

Hi Marissa -- I highly recommend Chris Mohr's 21-Day Nutrition Reboot! He does a good job focusing on reducing carbs + sugars, which it sounds like is the direction your doctor would like you to go. Depending on where you're starting, it might be a good idea to watch Chris' full program as a primer to start getting your diet healthier, before you transition into strict paleo/keto. Grokker is coming out with another low-sugar program later this year which will be great for you. In the meantime, here's a recipe for Chia Apricot Protein balls, which are classic keto -- high in good quality fats.
