How do you break through a plateau when you are working to lose weight? Stuck at the same weight for three weeks now.

Hi Jason Williams. This is a great question, yet a tough one to answer. There are so many factors involved in this. A few places that you may want to start...

1. Focus on your eating habits and/or calorie intake. As you lose weight, your metabolism can drop, thus requiring even less calories. You may want to check out the 21 Nutrition Program that we offer. I've attached the first video, and you may wish to join the program that it is part of.

2. Change your workout routine. If you've been doing the same thing over and over, your body may have adjusted to that routine and now your workouts are less effective. You may want to try a HIIT program. We have some great ones: https://grokker.com/fitness/interval-training-hiit/program/hiit-club-workouts-with-kelly-lee/5501c488d55df4db0c7459cc, https://grokker.com/fitness/interval-training-hiit/program/hiit-afterburn/58dd7fb42629dd1eb2e772c0, or https://grokker.com/fitness/interval-training-hiit/program/7-minute-hiit-with-pace-and-go/55bf6048b3c7724468de0b6f

3. Make sure you're getting enough sleep. It's surprising what a profound effect this has on weight loss.

Best wishes, Jason!
