Hi - Push-ups used to be extraordinarily difficult for me, too. I can't say I'm terrific at them now, but I am much better than I was two months ago. The payoff is that the "downdog" position in yoga is now easy for me, whereas it used be difficult because of my formerly weak arms/shoulders. I am not a fitness expert, but here is what worked for me: dumbbell workouts with Grokker at least three days a week. Nothing fancy. I used 3-5 pound weights, and sometimes even less! In the beginning, I loved doing the six Ben Zorn "daily workouts" with dumbbells. You can find the "daily workouts" by clicking on "more" in the menu at the top of the screen, and then clicking on "daily workouts". You'll find a mix of yoga by Laura Burkhart, cardio by Sarah Kusch, and dumbbell strength training by Ben Zorn. I stuck with the Ben Zorn workouts, which lasted about ten minutes each and which made me much stronger within a matter of weeks. Good luck!!! :)
