In this low impact workout you'll build strength through functional exercise circuits and perfect your form along the way. This is a great workout for getting back into a regular routine.

Details

You will need an exercise mat for this class. Dumbbells are optional.

Workout details: Each move is performed for 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest to follow. You will repeat each circuit a total of three times.
