Total Body #1 kicks the Evolution6 program off right with low-impact exercises designed to work your entire body in just 20 minutes. With moves like single leg deadlifts with a toe touch, you're sure to work up a sweat and have fun doing it.

Details

Each move is performed for ~30 seconds. No equipment needed.

Warmup:
Jumping jacks
T-spine stretch
Cat cow
Arm circles

Workout:
Runner’s lunge
Single leg deadlift
Chair squat to calf raise

Knee plank with front raise
Cobra press
Supermans

Run in place
Side to side jump rope
