Circuit 1 - Squats with Overhead Press + Bent-Over Rows, 10 reps of each, 3 sets of each, alternating

Circuit 2 - Push Ups + Band Walks, 10 reps of each, 3 sets of each, alternating

Circuit 3 - Deadlifts + Flys, 10 reps of each, 3 sets of each, alternating

Circuit 4 - Plank Knee Drops + Cat-Cow + Bird Dog, 3 sets of each, alternating
