The third Total Body workout of the Evolution6 program is a great one for those of you who are looking to work up a sweat. Keith is upping the ante with more challenging cardio moves and dynamic exercises that help build your stability and endurance.

Details

Each move is performed for ~30 seconds.

Warmup:
Jumping jacks
T-spine stretch
Trunk rotation
Arm circles

Workout:
Modified burpee
Alternating hip stretch
Child pose to cobra

Forward lunge to side lunge
Modified plank with tricep extension
Glute bridge with explosion

Plank jacks
Clap jacks
Squat jacks

Inchworm
Standing toe touch
Sumo squat with toe touch
