Total Body #4 takes the intensity up a notch with more challenging exercises. If you're repeating this workout in the Evolution6 program, try to do the it with less modifications to progress your strength.

Details

Each move is performed for ~30 seconds.

Warmup:
Jumping jacks
T-spine stretch
Trunk rotation
Arm circles

Workout:
Uneven pushup
Crab with toe touch and dip
Reverse lunge with tap back

Everest climbers
Chest pushup with rotation
Chair squat with pop

Standing oblique twists
Heisman
Wide grip mountain climbers

Plank reach
