Details

Each move is performed for ~30 seconds. No equipment needed.

Warmup:
Jumping jacks
T-spine stretch
Trunk rotation
Arm circles

Workout:
Modified tricep pushup into bird dog
Dynamic crab
Reverse lunge to stretch

Bear
Crab walk
Deep squat to touch down
Sumo squat touch down

-Repeat-

Speed rope
Jump rope with high knees
Standing toe touch

Side plank crunches
Toe touches
Alternating v-sits
