Total Body #5 is the most challenging workout of the Evolution6 program with moves like bear that test your stability, strength and endurance. Get your workout done in just 20 minutes, using your body weight only, no excuses.

Details

Each move is performed for ~30 seconds. No equipment needed.

Warmup:
Jumping jacks
T-spine stretch
Trunk rotation
Arm circles

Workout:
Modified tricep pushup into bird dog
Dynamic crab
Reverse lunge to stretch

-Repeat-

Bear
Crab walk
Deep squat to touch down
Sumo squat touch down

-Repeat-

Speed rope
Jump rope with high knees
Standing toe touch

-Repeat-

Side plank crunches
Toe touches
Alternating v-sits

-Repeat-
