Upper Body #1 focuses primarily on building strength in the upper half of your body, but don't be deceived - you'll be still be working every muscle of your body in under 20 minutes with this efficient workout.

Each move is performed for ~30 seconds.

Warmup:
Jumping jacks
T-spine stretch
Arm circles

Workout:
Inchworm pushups
Superman to cobra
Shoulder stand

Plank with alternating raises
Tricep dips with reach
5 part punches

Plank jacks
Speed rope
Plank step-outs
