Each move is performed for ~30 seconds.

Warmup:
Jumping jacks
Toe touches
Cat cow
Arm circles

Workout:
Tricep pushup to extension
Tricep dips
Reverse lunge toe touch

Speed rope
Speed rope with high knees

-Repeat-

Dancing crab
Double crunches
Sumo squat touch down
T-spine toe touches
Oblique trunk rotations
