Challenge your coordination and agility in this low impact strength training workout. It's great for building strength in the activities you perform every day.

Details

You will need an exercise mat for this class. Dumbbells are optional.

Workout details: Each move is performed for 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest to follow. You will repeat each circuit a total of three times.

-Circuit 1-

Forward and backward lunge
Cobra press
Gorilla burpee

-Circuit 2-

Stink bug
Dumbbell high pull
Cross body crunch
