Level it up with this balanced strength workout that raises the intensity level to raise your fitness, while staying accessible and low impact! Build flexibility with dynamic stretches, everyday strength in the bodyweight section, and muscle with the weighted moves.


For this video you'll use dumbbells if you have them. If you don't, waterbottles or other household items work great as weights, or the loaded moves can be done with bodyweight only. You'll also need a box, stool, or low chair.

Balance & Flexibility section:
· Heel Raises
· Scissor Hamstring Stretch
· Standing Hamstring Stretch
Everyday Strength section:
· One Legged Bridge
· Ab Tension Raises
· Push Ups
· Renegade Row
Dynamic Strength section:
· Single Leg Standup
· Single Leg Squat
· Scarecrow Rotations
· Shoulder Rotations
· Wing Extensions
· Downward Dog
