Dive into Keith's first video designed to build total body strength as well as flexibility and balance. Starting out with moves to loosen you up and get you safely moving, you'll transition into bodyweight strength training and finally grab some dumbbells for an engaging yet low impact full body workout.


For this video you'll use dumbbells and kettlebells if you have them. If you don't, waterbottles or other household items work great as weights, or the loaded moves can be done with bodyweight only.
