For the final level of balanced strength, you'll learn to master stretches, bodyweight moves, and weighted strength training to balance whole body fitness. Maintain mobility and flexibility while building muscle and leave feeling strong and refreshed!


For this video you'll use dumbbells and kettlebells if you have them. If you don't, waterbottles or other household items work great as weights, or the loaded moves can be done with bodyweight only.

· Single Leg Bridge
Dynamic Strength section:

· V-Sit Opposite Punch
