Build your endurance and strength during this 25-minute low impact workout. Ben will guide you through two circuits of three exercises each to work your entire body.

Details

You will need an exercise mat for this class. Dumbbells are optional.

Workout details: Each move is performed for 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest to follow. You will repeat each circuit a total of three times.
