Challenge your balance, strength and endurance in this circuit training workout. Each exercise minimizes impact on your bones and joints, and can be done with or without weights.

Details

You will need an exercise mat and dumbbells for this class.

Workout details: Each move is performed for 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest to follow. You will repeat each circuit a total of three times.
