Details

This is a 12 minute workout where you'll perform 3 exercises every minute on the minute (EMOM).

Minute 1: Squats
Minute 2: Push ups
Minute 3: Sit ups
Minute 4: Rest and record your reps for this round

Repeat the circuit two more times. Track your progress on the printout we provided, your own device, or by posting an I Did This to share what week you’re on and how many reps you got on each round.
