To become the Ultimate Mud Runner you must have the endurance to run long distances thought difficult and muddy terrain. Jon's specially formulated stamina series is designed to push your cardiovascular endurance to its limit, so that come race day you can last the course, and the obstacles will be the only thing standing in your way. You are now a Regular in the Ultimate Mud Runner series, and should use this video in week 3 and week 4 of your training. Workout: 15 minutes

Equipment Needed: Step or Bench

Exercises Routine:
Burpees - 15 reps
Bench Sits - 15 reps
Bench Vaults - 15 reps on each side
Gecko Planks - 15 reps
Squat Jumps - 15 reps
Repeat this set between 3-5 times, depending on your fitness level with between 30 seconds to 2 minutes of rest between each set.
