James Ward is a Bay Area native who graduated from the University of the Pacific with a major in Sports Science and is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). In 2006 James completed Paramedic school and has worked as a Firefighter and Emergency Medical Tech.
A former United States Marine, James has spent more than 13 years in the fitness training industry specializing in boot camp style workouts and high intensity training. Clients have repeatedly commented that James is a great teacher, not only because of this vast experience and education, but also because he adapts to each client’s personal style. People also like that fact that James is patient, fun, and listens well.
