Equipment Needed: Kettlebells, Step or Bench
Exercises Routine:
Burpee Deadlifts - 15 reps
Upright Rows - 15 reps
Stride Jumps - 15 reps on each side
Gecko Press Ups - 15 reps
Tuck Jumps - 15 reps
Repeat this set between 3-5 times, depending on your fitness level with between 30 seconds to 2 minutes of rest between each set.
