Warm up:
Squat thrusts with standing reach circle
Hamstrings God of fire - right and left
Sumo squat adductor stretch

Workout:
Clean and jerk
Tripod chest press
Burpee snatch
Long lunge to lateral overhead raise
Plank tripod
Repeat with other arm

Cool down:
90/90
Hurdler stretch
