For the final 21-Day Athlete session Pace and Go have put together a selection of their most challenging loaded and unloaded exercises for you to put your fitness to the test and review how far you have progressed with your overall fitness, strength and stamina. It’s going to be tough but it’s going to feel great!


Warm Up
1. Side lying knees bent rotate arm
2. Cross leg extensions
3. Side leg stretch

60 Seconds Each
1. Prisoner squats
2. Front squats
3. Power squats
4. Push ups
5. Renegade row
6. Dynamic shoulder press
7. Dead bug
8. Weighted 1/2 sit up
9. Dumbbell squat swing
10. Burpee

Cool Down
1. Hip Quad stretch kneeling
2. Seated hurdle stretch cross
