Want a flat stomach or even six-packs abs? You've got to try this workout! Sarah leads this 45 minute routine targeting the entire core, but unlike a typical core workout where the exercises are performed on your back on a mat, nearly all of these exercises are performed on your feet, providing a unique and challenging total core workout. In this Grokker Premium workout video, Sarah shows you how to perform all of these dynamic exercises. If this is your first time trying the workout you'll probably want to do it without hand weights, but as you progress add heavier weights. Enjoy!

Equipment Needed: All of the exercises can be performed without dumbbells, but as you progress add a set of light dumbbells, and she even suggests having two sets - one light and one slightly heavier on hand.

3 Rounds of progressively more cardio intensive exercises:

Round 1:
Standing Twist Crunches
Squat Punches
Sumo Straight Arm Overheads
Jump Rope Routine (no rope required)

Round 2:
Side Bends
Side Bends with Curls
Windmills
Swings + Swing Lunges
Renegade Rows
Jump Rope Routine (no rope required)

Round 3:
Shoulder Press with Leg-outs
Lawnmowers
Floating Cobras
Planks with Leg Crunches
