Kelly Lee is taking you Back to the Basics of Strength Training. This first workout of the series is designed to help you build a strong training foundation with the proper techniques. You'll be building strength and toning your body from head to toe through simple exercises designed to safely work multiple muscle groups at once.

Details

You will need an exercise mat and one set of 5 to 10 pound dumbbells for this class.

Workout details: Each move is performed for about 30 seconds. You will repeat the workout a total of three times.

-Warm up-

Arm circles
Side plank both sides
Single leg bridges
Spiderman stretch

-Workout-

Single leg arm raises
Single leg squats
Single leg rows
Single leg lunges with row and kickback
Front lunges with rotation and press
Squat jumps

Repeat
