Joint stability, or your ability to maintain control over your movements, goes way beyond tricks like balancing on one leg. As we age we start to lose balance and stability, so making it an active practice increases longevity and allows you to be more active. Maintaining balance and stability prevents injury from things that might have been second nature in prior years, like doing a barbell squat or picking up your kids (or grandkids)!

Details

You don't need any equipment for this session, but a chair or something to help you balance is optional.

Moves:
- Ankle rotations

I am already loving your site. I did the Kick Your Abs workout the other night and it nearly killed me--in an awesome way!
