To feel sure and steady on our feet we need healthy bones and muscles to support us, good eyesight, a healthy vestibular system and good mind/body coordination. This gentle yoga class, led by Grokker expert Sherry Zak Morris, will address all of these areas and more to keep you healthy and confident.
Equipment
You will need a yoga mat for this class. If you have limited mobility, you may want a blanket and a bolster as well.
