I found a couple of videos by Sarah Kusch that are both great workouts done standing. Lower body workouts are a good place to start when looking for routines not on the floor. If you have access to a stationary bike then the program "Power Cycle with Vanessa Wilkins" could be a fun cardio routine to look into. Another program like "Walk It Out" by Ellen Barret could be another nice alternative to floor workouts. Grokker has a whole section on Dance Workouts that are all standing routines that could be fun too, I've attached a link to a Latin Dance video!
