I really liked Elysia's 6 week workouts. After 6 weeks, how can I continue? Heavier weights starting with week 1? Any suggestions?

Ahhh Tracy thank you so much!!!! The ultimate way to carry on is to do the program again but try heavier weights for sure! See if you can increase the weights on all the exercises. Yravki g the weights you used too will help you see how your progress is doing! If you ever have questions ease feel free to message me on here!
