I've had a hip replacement and very recently a knee replacement (both left side) which exercise programs would work best for me to get started?

I would recommend that you do some seated workouts as you have recently had knee surgery. Please find three videos for you to consider.
Please note with any exercise if you are recovering from surgery you should consult your physician prior to exercise.
