Looking for good stretches to help with a shoulder impingement. Also, any idea if losing weight will help with this injury?

Hi Kayla Ouderkirk. I've attached some videos that may help with stretching your shoulder. The first two are short and easy to do. The last one is a longer one that may be beneificial if you're able to do some yoga for an extended period. Ice and/or heat may also help.

Not knowing your specific injury or current weight situation, my experience is that it's always better for your body to maintain a healthy weight. If a person is overweight or even underweight, they can put undue stress on various body parts that could result in inflammation and injuries.

I hope this is helpful . Please let me know if there is anything else you need.

Thanked by Kayla
