What is the best type of class for POST long,very strenuous hike? I’ve been doing Yin Yoga,(which i love) but wondering if i should try something different on the hiking days.

Hi Lisa Van Dyke. Stretching after any long and strenuous exercise is so critical. I'm glad you are taking the time to do this. The goal of stretching is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion. You can accomplish this through a variety of stretching, so find what works for you. Yin Yoga is a great option. In addition, I've attached some other videos that I enjoy doing.
