Hi Lisa Van Dyke. Stretching after any long and strenuous exercise is so critical. I'm glad you are taking the time to do this. The goal of stretching is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion. You can accomplish this through a variety of stretching, so find what works for you. Yin Yoga is a great option. In addition, I've attached some other videos that I enjoy doing.
