I'm a brain surgery patient left with poor balance + drop foot/weekness in my left leg. I need to move more esp legs and hips to turn and balance better. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The video by Grokker expert Angelo Dela Cruz is the first video in his series on mobility that you might want to check out. It includes a few other practices that combine simple movements and stretches to better help with everyday mobility and balance. The next two videos I attached are some yoga practices that focus more on standing poses for help to improve balance through slower poses. These would be a good place to start. You can look up more videos by optimizing your search bar and if you find a practice you like, you can make a collection so that you can find those videos much faster. Here is a link from the Grokker Help Center on how to create collections https://support.grokker.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000164012-How-do-I-create-a-Collection-.
