Please, could you please suggest me the diet as I'm a pure vegetarian guy. I need your help in mind, yoga as well along with fitness.

Hi Deepakshravan GN. The 21 Day Nutrition Reboot is a great place to start. The advice there is applicable to everyone. The printable plan has a few suggested recipes.
