I am so sorry to hear that you're suffering from a broken heart. I have found that finding the right combination of HIIT, active recovery and strength workouts has been the best solution to me when I've been suffering from this condition and anything similar that has caused me to be stressed, anxious or simply needing a nice endorphine rush. I would also recommend trying some of the yoga videos that are available. I have recently started my journey to becoming an Iyengar Yoga teacher and the process has been life changing. If you ever need more suggestions or anything really, reach out to me in the comments section on any of my videos (and be sure to tag me so that I see it sooner) and I'd be happy to help. Cheers to your journey! You got this.
