Instructions

Before starting a nightly meditation, you can record your thoughts in this program's Sleep Journal: https://grokker-static.s3.amazonaws.com/pdf/Nightly-Wind-Down-Sleep-Journal.pdf

The meditations are designed to be listened to in bed, directly before going to sleep:
- Tuck in to bed with the lights off
- Find a comfortable laying down position
- Use the Grokker mobile app to listen, and turn off the screen after it starts (the audio will continue playing)

If you need additional help sleeping after any given meditation, you can put on one of Andrew's sleep music tracks:
