John founded Food at 52 cookery school in 2007 after having worn his hands to the bone designing and creating film sets. Leaving the glamour of the film industry was a hard decision but the fragrance of the kitchen is a perfume that proved too hard to resist and John has been rightly vindicated by his decision. His teaching and the school have been awarded for the excellence in teaching by the Independent, a British national newspaper, and the British Cookery School awards. He is joined by Sage Russell of Food Pilgrimage. These two make a dynamite pairing in the kitchen, with a cauldron of ideas bubbling underneath the surface. Check out their wide breadth of recipes.
