Ingredients:
2 cups unblanched almonds
Pinch of cayenne pepper or hot smoked paprika
2 tbsp butter
Sea salt to taste
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a skillet. It doesn’t matter if you use a little more or a little less because most will be left behind. Add almonds to skillet and toss to cover with butter. Add a pinch of cayenne or paprika and season generously with salt. Saute until everything is hot.
2. Using a slotted spoon, drain butter off almonds and serve hot!
