I am a diabetic. Can this program work for me?

Hi Claire Hattendorf. Welcome to Grokker! As I'm sure you aware, exercise is an important component in managing diabetes. From my understanding, the best exercises to do include aerobic exercises and strength training. I've attached a couple of videos that you may find helpful.

You may also consider joining Chris Mohr's 21-Day Nutritional Reboot Program: This program offers some great tips on healthy eating, and some of the important things he mentions is avoiding sugars while focusing on eating lots of fruits and vegetables.
