These beginner yoga videos by Erica Vetra might be of the right level during recovery from injury. The morning video consists of 20 minutes of sun salutations, plus five minutes in boat pose: perfect for abs and back. The Star Wars video is fun; it has a sequel on youtube, also by Erica Vetra, called "Jedi Star Wars Edition 20-Minute Home Yoga Class Workout".
