Hi, I am recovering from surgery for a broken wrist. Can anyone recommend some easy workouts (not using arms) that I can do to keep up my motivation?

You could try one or all of the seated videos that I have posted here but you may have to adjust for the wrist that had the surgery. If you were up for a bit more movement you could try the Ellen Barrett walking videos below. Again you may have to adjust in the Walk Strong program to accommodate your wrist. Hope you feel better soon.
