Cindy stumbled upon Yoga and Meditation in college when her family life and health were falling apart and realized she needed strong tools to manage stress and maintain her integrity. Yoga was the Answer. Her first class awakened her to spirit, her own inner vitality, and to new places in my body/mind. She was instantly hooked and found the practice to be a soothing salvation, a trusted therapist, and very best friend. Yoga and all that it represents allowed me to see "the story" while connecting to my soul. For Cindy, yoga is Nirvana.
Cindy is am known for eclectic classes that weave elements from Vinyasa, Kundalini, Iyengar, Yin & Restorative, Therapeutic Yoga and Pilates into my all of classes. She holds a B.A. in Movement Therapy & Psychology, and the Yoga Alliance - 500 E/RYT certification. Other creditials include advanced certifcates from The White Lotus Foundation, Seane Corn, Erich Schiffman, Bryan Kest, David Swenson, Duncan Wong, Paul Grilley, Cheri Clampett & Arturo Peal and Judith Lasater.
