1 tablespoon Agar Agar
4 cups water
1 1/8 cups sugar
2 drops Pandan extract
½ cup hulled yellow mung bean
¼ teaspoon salt
2 cups kidney beans (can also use Azuki beans)
½ cup coconut cream
1 teaspoon tapioca flour (or 1 tsp. cornstarch as a substitute)
Crushed or shaved ice
