2 garlic cloves
1 chipotle in adobo sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons of chicken flavor bouillon seasoning
corn tortillas, about 3 per person
1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
for garnish:
1 cup shredded cheese
3 tablespoons chopped onion
