Ingredients:
2 bananas
2 eggs
Shredded Coconut
Directions:
1. In a bowl or a blender add the bananas and egg and either using a fork to mush it or blend it in the blender.
2. Add in the shredded coconut and mix well till it thickens.
3. In a medium heated pan add coconut oil and cook the pancakes.
4. Plate it, drizzle maple syrup, some fruit decorations, more shredded coconut, and enjoy!
