Ingredients:
A small bowl of macadamia nuts
1 banana
A handful of dates
1 baby coconut meat
2 tbsp of Manuka Honey
Frozen strawberries
Directions:
1. Add the macadamia nuts, bananas, dates, coconut meat, honey, frozen fruit or ice into the vita-mix.
2. Get a bowl and scoop as much as you want!
